1. Order Processing
After your jewelry order is paid and confirmed, we will complete quality inspection, packaging and shipment within 3 business days (excluding weekends and legal holidays). All shipping fees are fully borne by the customer, and no free shipping is available.
2. Delivery Time
We cooperate with major global logistics carriers. Estimated delivery time: Asia 3-7 business days, Europe & America 3-10 business days, other regions 7-15 business days. No absolute guarantee for delivery time.
3. Fee Instructions
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and package weight, as displayed on the checkout page. All additional costs incurred during cross-border transportation, including customs clearance fees and duties, are borne by the customer.
4. Receipt & After-sales
Please provide accurate shipping information. The customer shall bear losses caused by incorrect addresses. Once the package is signed for, it is deemed intact, and no after-sales requests related to transportation (excluding quality issues) will be accepted.
5. Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders can be canceled, and only the product payment will be refunded. Shipped orders cannot be canceled, and the customer shall bear the return shipping fee for returns.
