Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our jewelry store (online or offline), browsing products, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as all applicable laws and regulations in the European Union (including GDPR) and the United States (including FTC guidelines). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or making purchases.

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have obtained legal consent from a parent or guardian if you are a minor. You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information (including name, address, contact details, and payment information) when creating an account or placing an order. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities conducted under your account.

Product Information & Accuracy

All jewelry products are described truthfully, including materials (e.g., 925 sterling silver, 14K gold, natural gemstones), dimensions, and inlay details. Product images are taken in natural light to reflect the actual appearance, but minor color differences may occur due to screen resolution and personal perception. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions without prior notice.

Order & Payment

An order is confirmed only after we have received full payment and verified your order details. We may cancel orders if there is insufficient stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. All prices are displayed in USD/EUR (as selected) and do not include local taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods approved for European and American markets.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all European and American countries/regions. Processing time is 1-3 business days, and delivery time varies by destination (3-7 business days for domestic US/EU, 7-15 business days for international). We provide a tracking number for all orders. Customers must provide a valid and accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds

  • 1. You have the right to return any unworn, undamaged jewelry with original packaging within 30 days of receipt (45 days for EU customers, in line with EU consumer protection laws). Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
  • 2. For defective products (e.g., broken, mismatched, or material errors), please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos as proof. We will provide a full refund, free replacement, or free return shipping.
  • 3. Customized jewelry (e.g., engraved, personalized designs) is non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a quality defect.

Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information only for the purpose of processing orders, delivering products, and providing customer service. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information by contacting customer service, in line with GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California, US) regulations.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, trademarks, logos, and text content of our store are the exclusive intellectual property of our brand. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or commercial use of any of these materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to damage to jewelry caused by improper wear, maintenance, or accidental collision. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the country/region where our store is registered. Any disputes arising from transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court or arbitration institution in the place of registration.
