Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all original accessories included.

We do not accept returns on worn, altered, cleaned, tarnished items from improper wear, or personalized jewelry including engraved, customized, and hand-stamped pieces. These items are final sale.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns, including size unsuitable, dislike, wrong choice.

Return shipping will be covered by our store if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item and confirms it meets our return requirements, your full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges are available for non-personalized standard jewelry. Please contact our customer support before initiating any return or exchange.

All items are fully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure quality.
